Nexpand Mail — Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: 18 July 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Nexpand Mail is a tool for lawful, targeted business outreach — not for spam. Violations may lead to immediate suspension of sending and termination of the account.
1. Lawful basis and targeting
- Send only to recipients you may lawfully contact under the laws that apply to you and to the recipient — under the GDPR this typically means a documented legitimate-interest assessment for relevant B2B contacts, or consent.
- Target professionally relevant business recipients. Do not blast generic lists.
- Do not use purchased, rented or harvested address lists for which no lawful basis exists.
- Do not email addresses collected by scraping in breach of a website's terms.
2. Message requirements
- Identify yourself truthfully: real sender name, real company, working reply address. No forged or misleading headers or subject lines.
- Make it easy to decline: honour any reply that asks you to stop, immediately and permanently. Where the law requires an unsubscribe mechanism, include one and keep it functional.
- Include the sender identification details required by the laws applicable to your message (e.g. company details under Hungarian and EU e-commerce rules).
- No unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory or harassing content; no malware, phishing or fraudulent schemes; no content that is illegal to promote to the recipient.
3. Suppression is mandatory
The Service automatically suppresses addresses that bounce, reply or opt out. You must not circumvent suppression (for example by re-importing a suppressed contact under a new list) and must promptly honour opt-out requests received outside the Service as well.
4. Volume and pacing
- Do not attempt to bypass the Service's per-mailbox caps, send windows or pacing.
- Stay within your email provider's sending limits and policies; sustained complaint rates or provider warnings are grounds for suspension.
5. Warm-up rules
- Include only mailboxes you control or whose owners have agreed to participate in the warm-up pool.
- Named external recipients may be added to a pool only with their agreement.
- Warm-up is for establishing normal mailbox activity, not for delivering outreach or advertising content.
6. Platform integrity
- Connect only mailboxes you own or are expressly authorised to operate.
- No attempts to probe, breach or test the security of the Service, access other companies' data, or reverse engineer the platform.
- One account per customer; use the built-in company roles to share access.
7. Reporting
To report abuse or an unwanted email sent through the platform, contact gergely.zsigmond@prime4squad.com — include the message headers if possible. We investigate every report and act against violating accounts.
